1st of all, after reading a couple reviews this afternoon, I'm wondering if those customers went to the same shop I did. I am extremely impressed with the quality of work Jeff put into my car. I would highly recommend Jeff if you need a quality service for a very reasonable price. Thanks again Jeff, see you soon.

BEST WAY TO WRITE A REVIEW IS TO PUBLISH A LETTER I SENT I NEVER GOT A REPLY, SO HERE YOU ARE: January 27, 2026 Dear Jeff, I do better at writing than in person, thus this letter regarding our Sienna Handicap van you detailed last week, and the week before, for which I paid you $350 cash. After getting the van back the 2nd time and looking further at the interior I find the van is still dirty, a bit better than when I brought it in initially but not much. I spent about an hour yesterday cleaning dirty windows and removing stains on the back seat with solvent (which worked fine). Aside from that I have a few options – 1) ask you to take the van back and clean it as good as you did the exterior which is an ‘A’ grade. 2) Live with the interior which I’d give a ‘C- ‘ 3) Pay another detail shop to clean the interior. I said when leaving your shop after picking up the van the 2nd time that I would give you a complimentary review – for that I apologize for as it is not true… Again, this letter makes no demands on you as a small businessman, I just wanted you to know my true feelings about our transaction. Would not recommend, spent $325 to get my car detailed and it was there for 6 hours. There was a lot that was missed. Under the seats weren’t touched, it seemed like the carpets were just vacuumed instead of cleaned. There was quite a bit of dog hair that was missed. All of the cracks weren’t touched. Seems like he was just trying to make it look better instead of actually providing a detailing job. For the price I expected way better and wish I went somewhere else

This was not what I asked for. He said he detailed and cleaned the headliner and seats with the shampoo machine. (My main concern) My car was already pretty clean. There were still stains on the seat, I called and asked if he really did clean the car? He stated he did. I ended up doing my own shampoo, and a ton of dirty water was in the machine...clearly, he lied to me! I also was able to get the stain to come right out!! I feel like he just ripped me off. I should have gotten a refund, but I will NEVER go here again!

Jeff was really great to work with, did a wonderful job on my engine compartment and has my car looking better than it has since I bought it. Prices were really competitive and for the increased level of service and friendliness I would recommend Jeff over other shops in town any day of the week. Also, for people with light upholstery, ask him about the orange cleaner that takes those blue stains from new jeans off your seat bolsters!
